25/06/2018 Day 1

Arrivals & Accommodation: Hotel.

26/06/2018 Day 2

Visiting our school / Coordination meeting.       

• 07:00 - 08:30 Breakfast at hotel.
• 08:30 - 08:45 First meeting at hotel lobby.
• 08:45 - 09:00  Move to school.
• 09:00 - 09:15 School tour.
• 09:15 - 10:45 Work meeting.
• 10:45 - 11:00 Coffee break.
• 11:00 - 12:00 Work meeting.
• 12:00 - 12:15 Move to San Romualdo Castle.
• 12:15 - 13:30 Mayoress´reception and San Romualdo Castle visit.
• 13:30 - 14:00 Move to the restaurant.
• 14:00 - 15:30 Lunch.
• 16:00 - 18:00 Work meeting.
• 18:00 - 18:30 Move back to the hotel.
• 18:30 - 20:00 Free time.
• 20:00 - 21:15 Guided tour around San Fernando.
• 21:15 - 22:45 Dinner (Tapas).
• 22:45... Formal & Non formal meeting.

USEFUL TIPS & INFO: After the Mayoress´ reception we will stop at the hotel for a fast beach clothes´ change.

27/06/2018 Day 3

Visiting a Xerez´s cellar / Coordination meeting.   

• 07:00 - 08:30 Breakfast at hotel.
• 08:30 - 08:45 First meeting at hotel lobby.
• 08:45 - 09:00  Move to school.
• 09:00 - 11:15 Work meeting.
• 11:15 - 12:00 Bus trip to Jerez.
• 12:00 - 14:00 Guided tour around a cellar (visiting a typical enterprise of this area).
• 14:00 - 15:30 Lunch at a typical Jerez´s tavern.
• 15:30 - 16:00 Move to the school.
• 16:00 - 18:00 Work meeting.
• 18:30 - 20:45 Free time.
• 20:45 - 21:00 Meeting at hotel lobby.
• 21:00 - 21:15 Walk to the restaurant
• 21:15 - 22:45 Dinner (Tapas).
• 22:45... Formal & Non formal meeting.

USEFUL TIPS & INFO: We will be out all day long, so you need to wear or carry beach clothes since you leave the hotel in the morning.

28/06/2018 Day 4

Visiting to Cádiz/ Coordination meeting.         

• 07:00 - 08:30 Breakfast at hotel.
• 08:30 - 08:45 First meeting at hotel lobby.
• 08:45 - 09:00  Move to school.
• 09:00 - 10:30 Work meeting.
• 10:30 - 11:15 Move to Cádiz.
• 11:15 - 13:15 Guided tour around Cádiz.
• 13:15 - 14:00 Bus to the beach club.
• 14:00 - 16:00 Lunch at a Beach Club.
• 16:00 - 17:30 Beach time!
• 17:30 - 18:00 Move back to the hotel.
• 18:00 - 19:30 Free time.
• 19:30 - 22:00 Final surprise dinner at Sancti Petri Castle.

USEFUL TIPS & INFO: We will be out all day long, so you need to wear or carry beach clothes since you leave the hotel in the morning.

For the final surprise you better wear some warm clothes like a thin jacket.

Breakfast and departures.          

07:00 - 09:00  Breakfast.

Remember that sun in Spain is quite hot, so please use solar protection. Don´t forget your beach towel! Please  be concious of spanish meal times and relax yourselves! We will work lots and we will have a great time!
