We are facing a project about inclusion, not only for disadvantaged students but also for those who need motivation and a better lookout on life. Our work will be based on multiple intelligences theory and students will have the chance to find what their strengths are and how to improve their weak spots.

Our main objective is obtaining social inclusion using micro-enterprises as a tool. We aim to promote and develop entrepreneurial, foreign language and digital skills in order to foster employability and socio-educational development (promoting the acquisition of different skills and competences).


Supporting individuals in acquiring and developing key competences – including basic, transversal and soft skills, entrepreneurial, foreign language and digital skills – in order to foster employability, socio-education and professional development.

It´s also a project of entrepreneurs, where students and teachers will have the opportunity to learn what an enterprise through formal and non-formal contents. As in an enterprise everyone will be part of a big group where they will need to foster communication skills along with hard work to get the expected results.

This project will be developed by a group of schools, each with its unique strength to share with the others. There is Latvia bringing experience in working with young entrepreneurs, experience in managing an E+ project and lots of creativity. There is Spain who already developed an Erasmus project in micro-entreprises and can share their experience in accounting. There is Slovakia with their experience in developing an Erasmus+ project also, ready to share their knowledge in communication and marketing. There is Cyprus our specialist in crafts that will bring ambition in their first Erasmus + project, as will do Romania, along with their experience in ICT to build an E-shop. With this union we will promote the European sense not only in our students, but teachers and families.

Therefore crafts is only a tool that we are going to use to motivate students to learn all aspects of an enterprise, to a better understanding of the labour field. For that they will need to use a foreign language, use computer resources, learn maths and marketing, foster creativity and communication and understand the value of hard work.

Finally, this project aims to give our students the opportunity to sell their end products in the final fair and on the internet (E-shop), bringing real life situation to the school context.
